About the Journal
|
Nexora Journal of Integrated Knowledge (NJIK) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to publishing transdisciplinary scholarship, holistic conceptual frameworks, and multi-sectoral empirical investigations across science, technology, social sciences, and humanities. Operating on the premise that contemporary global grand challenges—ranging from digital disruption and ethical governance to ecological transition and cognitive expansion—cannot be resolved through siloed academic domains, NJIK serves as a convergence nexus for researchers, domain experts, and policy innovators. The journal prioritizes scholarship that integrates disparate scientific paradigms, unites quantitative precision with humanistic inquiry, and builds actionable frameworks for comprehensive knowledge synthesis.
NJIK welcomes original empirical research articles, systematic integrative reviews, conceptual treatises, and transdisciplinary case studies. Key thematic areas include, but are not limited to:
Transdisciplinary Epistemologies & Knowledge Architecture: Cross-disciplinary research methodologies, systems thinking frameworks, semantic knowledge networks, and holistic integration of qualitative and quantitative data.
Technology, Data Science & Socio-Humanistic Integration: Human-centered artificial intelligence, socio-technical systems, digital humanities, ethics of emerging technologies, and algorithmic governance.
Integrative Environmental, Economic & Social Systems: Sustainable development models, socio-ecological resilience, circular economy frameworks, and transdisciplinary climate adaptation policies.
Cognitive, Educational & Behavioral Convergence: Multidisciplinary learning sciences, cognitive ergonomics, behavioral economics, and integrative educational design for complex problem-solving.
Public Policy, Institutional Innovation & Global Governance: Multi-stakeholder decision systems, evidence-based policy convergence, public health and societal resilience frameworks, and cross-border collaborative governance.
Nexora Journal of Integrated Knowledge (NJIK) is published triannually (3 issues per year: April, August, and December), operating an online-first continuous publishing model to ensure rapid editorial turnaround and immediate global open-access dissemination.
To uphold academic integrity and cross-disciplinary rigor, NJIK enforces a strict double-anonymous peer review protocol. All submitted manuscripts undergo preliminary editorial screening by the Editorial Board to assess transdisciplinary relevance, original scholarly contribution, methodological validity, and plagiarism index metrics (adhering to COPE guidelines). Manuscripts passing desk review are assigned to a minimum of two independent international experts representing complementary disciplines relevant to the manuscript's core themes. Evaluation criteria center on theoretical coherence, interdisciplinary depth, methodological rigor, data integrity, clarity of synthesis, and translational impact for science and society.
The mission of Nexora Journal of Integrated Knowledge is to bridge intellectual divides by publishing rigorous, convergent, and open-access scholarship, fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration, and synthesizing diverse knowledge systems to address complex real-world challenges globally.
